Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed once paid. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Within 24 hours, sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled; you may gift your slot to someone else by emailing hello@zyrena.co. Late arrivals: 10-minute grace; after 10 minutes the session is considered a no-show (no refund). All times are shown in Eastern Time unless your browser auto-detects another timezone. This mentorship is educational and wellness-focused and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Refunds (when applicable) are returned to the original payment method; processing fees are not refundable.
